
The Endurance Real Estate Fund was founded in 2005 by ORCO Property Group S.A. It is a privately owned closed end property fund for investing in Central and Eastern European real estate. It is organized as an umbrella fund currently with six sub-funds.
The Fund is structured as a regulated Luxembourg Fonds Commun de Placement with RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank as a Custodian Bank.

Office Sub-fund
The first Sub-fund has been closed under The Endurance Real Estate Fund umbrella structure with final equity of 153,8 million EUR. |

The Sub-fund was founded in 2006 with the target equity over 200 million EUR. The current portfolio consists of residential buildings and apartments in Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia. |
