Dr. Christoph Manthe

Head of The Endurance Real Estate Fund

Based in Paris, with 21 years of experience in global real estate finance and investment, he joined ORCO in October 2004 and is now responsible for the Fund's strategy and business development. From 1995 until 2003 he was a Director for HVB´s cross-border activities being responsible for relationships with its major real estate clients in Europe, particularly in Eastern Europe. During this time he built up extensive experience with Eastern European real estate markets and started long term relationships with the major developers and investors.

Jonas Rabe

Head of the Health Care Sub-fund

Mr. Rabe joined ORCO Germany in 2006 as the head of Health Care Advisory. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rabe has worked for HSH N Real Estate and was responsible for the acquisition and development of the Health Care investment program of the KAG Fund LB Immo Invest.

Mr. Rabe holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Technical University of Berlin and a diploma as Immobilienökonom from European Business School. Mr. Rabe teaches as a guest lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin and FH Mainz and is currently finishing his doctoral program with a major in risk management in property development.

Klaus Thiele

Managing Director of Viterra Development

Mr. Thiele is, in his current position as COO at Viterra Development, responsible for ORCO Germany‘s development operations in the sectors of Residential and Health Care.

Mr Thiele gained his extensive project development expertise during many years in various leading positions with Viterra. Before joining Viterra Mr. Thiele was Head of Development with Bauverein zu Hamburg.

Mr. Thiele holds an Industrial Engineering degree.

Nicole Becker

Head of Acquisition Health Care

Mrs. Becker joined ORCO Germany recently as Head of Acquisition Health Care. Prior to her current position Mrs. Becker worked as Associate Director Acquisition Germany with Schroders Property Investment Management GmbH. Earlier in her career Mrs Becker managed various acquisition programs at DCM where she closed more than twenty transactions in the health care segment.

Mrs. Becker holds a degree in Architecture from Technical University Aachen and a diploma as Immobilienökonom from European Business School.

Jan Findeisen

Director of Property Finance

Mr. Findeisen joined ORCO Germany as Director of Property Finance in 2006. Prior to his current position he has worked several years in fund management as a director of acquisition and managing director with CBRE Investors, the investment management affiliate of CBRE.
Mr. Findeisen holds a BA in Property Economics and a MSc in Real Estate from University of Reading.

Jörg Sternberg

Financial Analyst

Mr. Sternberg joined ORCO Germany recently as Financial Analyst. After studying business Mathematics Mr. Sternberg worked in banking with Volksbank where he achieved a BA in Banking.

In addition Mr. Sternberg holds a degree in Economics.
