Nebušice II

Nebušice II is a development of high standard two storey executive homes on an 18 hectare site next to the International School of Prague, one of the most desired schools in the city. Constructed in the mid 1990's, the vision was to provede a unique residential community and the concept of the development was designed specifically to appeal to expatriate managers working in Prague. The development in total comprises 145 houses with the provision of a central security service.

The portfolio comprises thirty detached and semi-detached houses with gross floor areas ranging from 129 to 237 m2. All the houses feature a single or double garage and a garden. The houses are configured with five different types according to size and layout, A, B, C, D and E. All the houses are finished to a good standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

The houses are situated on the eastern edge of Nebušice, a village on the periphery of Prague 6. This location has a well established reputation as one of Prague's most sought after residential neighbourgoods for the city's expatriate population, due to its quiet residential feel, proximity to the International School of Prague and the Tichá Šárka nature reserve. Malá Šárka is well located for easy vehicle access to Dejvice, Prague airport, and Evropská street, which connects into the city´s ring road and acts as a major arterial route to and from the city centre.
