Public transport infrastructure is limited due to low number of inhabitants in Benice but will be massively reinforced before completion of project. Individual car transportation is very good because of easy access to the D1 highway that connects to the city ring.

Master planning for the project was done by experienced American architects Coopers Robertson. The project has unique concept of community-type living with all facilities on site that differentiates it from other projects and gives it significant market advantage.
