Józefosław
It is a large scale residential development project located in Jozefoslaw, Poland, in a small town near Warsaw with great access to city. The project consists of about 430 residential units.
Józefosław is a small town, situated 15 km from Warsaw, in Piaseczno community, near the south border of Kabaty Forest. Because of its excellent location not far from Warsaw, this area is rapidly changing into a modern housing district, which is intended for single-families building. Presently, area along Puławska Street is changing from the housing function into the office and service function.
The project shall be developed in 2 phases and the construction will take place from 2008 to 2010, with sales period ending in the year 2011.
