The Szczecin Szosa development is a large scale residential development project located in Szczecin, Poland, a Polish city near the Baltic sea. The project shall be developed in 3 phases and the construction will take place from 2008 to 2010.There shall be about 690 flats in the project.
The project will be marketed to local families from middle and upper lower class. Presale starts in 2008 and the sales period shall end in 2011, i.e. 1 year after completion of the last phase.
The area is served by public transport several bus lines with bus stops located near the property that provide connections to other parts of the city. There are four bus lines with bus stops located approximately 50 m from the subject site. This includes two day and two night services. Additional six bus lines are located 400 m from the subject property. Car drive to the city centre takes about 15 minutes.
