4D Office Centre

4D Office Centre is an office building which was completed in the 1970s and has been recently refurbished. It provides roughly 26 000 m² of rentable area in buildings A, B and C. In addition the centre offers 138 parking spaces.

Movement is the first thing you will think of when you see the gigantic rainbow glowing on the facade of the 4D Office Centre. After all, its author, the French-Israeli artist Yaacov Agam, is considered to be the father of kinetic art. He used 900 colour shades on the facade and he has called it visual instrumentation. The fluid transition of the colours means that every point which you concentrate on seems to be moving. For this reason, the entire building is a symbol of never-ending movement, despite the fact that it stands firmly on its site in the very centre of Prague 10.

The centre is located in an easily accessible area, which is not far from a number of tram and bus routes, underground stations and important roads.

The 4D Office Centre building also enables movement within its precisely reconstructed interiors. It can offer up to 2 500 m2 on a single floor and it is possible to fully adapt the layout to suit the needs of the leaseholders.

The 4D Office Centre, a complex consisting of three interconnected buildings A, B and C, is able to effectively satisfy the needs of its clients from various branches of business with regard to the size of the leased areas and the comprehensive provision of the required layout solutions in order to suit all logistics requirements.
