The portfolio consists of attractive low rise buildings with a maximum of 5 storeys. Three buildings were built in 1900 and the others in the 1950s.
The districts in which the properties are located (Altona, Eimsbüttel and Borgfelde), are considered preferred residential locations in Hamburg due to their good infrastructure and peaceful family-oriented neighbourhoods.
