Another portfolio acquired by the Residential Sub-fund took place early in May 2007. The whole portfolio consists of 5 residential buildings along the Kösters Hof street, a building complex near Lindenpark and 9 individual buildings spread throughout the centre of Rostock.
The Kösters Hof is a district located approximately 2 km south of the city centre. The area is dominated by thousands of small garden plots and single-family houses in the east. It has a quiet and green character.
The dormitories, located west of the city centre next to Linden Park, are above the standard of the average student dormitories.
The building situated on the Borwinstraβe, Budapesterstraβe and Klosterbachstraβe is located in the Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt, a district next to the city centre. A typical building for this district would be an old residential home located on one of the small byways.
The Wollenweberstraβe is in the historic city centre of Rostock. Most of the picturesque buildings have been recently refurbished and are available for residential and retail use. The remaining buildings one can find in the Bahnhofviertel or near the river.
The total rentable area of the entire portfolio is 21 977 m2.
