Nicolas Tommasini

Senior Vice President of Orco Property Group

Mr. Tommasini joined Orco Property Group in 1997 and was responsible for new products and new developments, Hungary Country Manager (2000) where he overlooked the development of the group’s first 2 hospitality projects. CEO MaMaison Residences and Orco Hotel Collection since 2002. Mr. Tommasini has acquired extensive knowledge of hospitality investment, development, asset and operational management.

Mr. Tommasini has been heading each hospitality acquisition since 1999. Besides overlooking Orco growth in key Central European markets, he has been actively and directly involved in the development of the group in Croatia, Russia and Germany.

Bertrand Caillard

Asset manager Hospitality, ORCO Property Group

Joined Orco Property Group in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer for the hotel division where he has been involved also in the opening of Le Regina, Warsaw.

Graduated of the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland with previous experience with Accor, Hyatt, Disney, Upon the purchase of Suncani Hvar in Croatia, he was part of the takeover team as Deputy Chief Operating Officer. He stayed in Hvar for more than a year where he was in charge of all direct operations and the opening of Riva, Hvar Yacht Harbor Hotel. Back in Prague in November 2006, he is in charge of the relations with operators.

Kenneth Francis Rupar

Property development Director Hospitality, ORCO Property Group

A qualified architect and project manager based in Germany since 1984. Kenneth Francis Rupar has been responsible for development, design and construction projects throughout Europe, with particular focus on hospitality, sports and leisure developments.

He has recently joined the team in Prague where he will coordinates the group’s hospitality developments in Central and Eastern Europe.

Martin Gebauer

CFO of MaMaison Hotels & Apartments

Mr. Gebauer is in charge of operational and corporate finance of the hospitality division operating in Central and Eastern Europe. He also leads the finance team responsible for operational finance, budgeting, controlling and cash flow management of property developments and asset management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Before joining Orco in 2003, Mr. Gebauer was a financial director of British entrepreneur hospitality group in Spain. Mr. Gebauer also spent five years with Ernst & Young assurance services in the Czech Republic and the U.S.

Dr. Christoph Manthe

Head of The Endurance Real Estate Fund

Based in Paris, with 21 years of experience in global real estate finance and investment, he joined ORCO in October 2004 and is now responsible for the Fund's strategy and business development. From 1995 until 2003 he was a Director for HVB´s cross-border activities being responsible for relationships with its major real estate clients in Europe, particularly in Eastern Europe. During this time he built up extensive experience with Eastern European real estate markets and started long term relationships with the major developers and investors.
