
The first acquisition of The Endurance Real Estate Fund - Residential Sub-fund in Russia is located in Otradnoe village, Krasnogorsky district of Moscow. It is approximately 5 km from the Moscow external ring MKAD (Moscow Automobile Ring Road).
The acquired portfolio is comprised of 14 new luxury villas (in Russian slang "dachas") on a 8,4 ha plot. The total rentable area is 3 960 m2. The construction of the first phase (building of villas) started in 2006 and completion is scheduled for December 2007.
The facilities include units comprising apartments, townhouses, a horse club featuring international competitions and a polo course. Furthermore a fitness centre, tennis court and SPA centre will be ready for use in 2008, along with a hotel and restaurant, children play rooms, guest parking and storage facilities.
