Arena Corner Office Centre

Arena Corner is a class “A” multifunctional building offering quality office space and attractive retail areas with basement parking. The architects are Lukács és Vikár Építészstúdió, a leading Hungarian architectural firm.

The floor configuration offers flexibility for both larger tenants and smaller with good levels of natural light due to its location on the corner of Kerepesi út and Hungária Körút.

Arena Corner consists of three towers interconnected with independent entrances. Single floors can be connected if tenants require larger areas; alternatively the minimum tenancy is 140 m². Access to the floors is by stairs and 12 elevators with an estimated wait time of 25 seconds.

The development occupies almost two thirds of a city block and there are two neighbouring properties, one being a school and the other a Protestant Church property.
