Jean-François Ott, President and Chief Executive Officer of ORCO Property Group, is the founding partner of ORCO in 1991.

Based in Paris, he is managing the Group’s strategy, new business development, group finance issues as well as banking and investors relations

Luc Leroi

Director of the Management Company

A Graduate of HEC Liège in Belgium and the third cycle in fiscal sciences, Mr. Leroi joined ORCO in January 2002 after 12 years experience in the audit field with Deloitte, investment funds with Fortis and financial engineering with Credit Lyonnais.

Mr. Leroi, Vice President of ORCO Property Group, is the Global Chief Financial Officer since 2005, heading accounting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management of ORCO Property Group.

Dr. Christoph Manthe

Head of The Endurance Real Estate Fund
Director of the Management Company

Based in Prague, with more than 20 years of experience in global real estate finance and investment. Mr. Manthe joined Orco Property Group in October 2004 and is responsible for the Endurance Fund’s strategy and business development.

From 1995 until 2003 he was a Director for HVB´s cross-border activities being responsible for relationships to its major real estate clients in Europe, particularly in Eastern Europe. During this time he built up extensive experience with Eastern European real estate markets and started long term relationships to the major developers and investors.

Nicolas Tommasini

Senior Vice President of Orco Property Group

Joined Orco Property Group in 1997, responsible for new products and new developments, Hungary Country Manager (2000) where he overlooked the development of the group’s first 2 hospitality projects. CEO MaMaison Residences and Orco Hotel Collection since 2002. Mr. Tommasini has acquired extensive knowledge of hospitality investment, development, asset and operational management.

Mr. Tommasini has been heading each hospitality acquisition since 1999. Besides overlooking Orco growth in key Central European markets, he has been actively and directly involved in the development of the group in Croatia, Russia and Germany.

Aleš Vobruba

Member of Investment committee

Mr. Vobruba, Senior Vice President of ORCO Property Group, is responsible for new acquisitions, asset management, office, residential and hotel projects in Central European Countries as well as the law and tax agenda of projects within the ORCO Group.

Steven Davis

Member of Investment Committee

Mr. Davis is Senior Vice-president of ORCO Property Group and responsible for all its real estate companies in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.

Steven Davis came to Prague in 1991 and has more than 15 years of business experience in Central and Eastern Europe.
