
The sub-fund will focus on development projects and income producing assets in the Health Care sector in Germany such as nursing homes, medical centres, and private clinics and assisted senior living. The objective is to accumulate a portfolio with a total investment of up to 500 million EUR over the investment period.
The sub-fund is classified as opportunistic and seeks to generate returns in excess of 20% over a period of 5 years net to investors.
A proven dedicated team of professionals at ORCO Germany will realise the acquisition of the assets and execute the asset and project management, with support of external service-providers following a rigorous selection process. Investors benefit from the complementary real estate and financial skills offered by ORCO Germany.
Acquisition will focus on development and existing assets with strong repositioning potential. This will ensure that the portfolio consists of high quality assets with future orientated buildings and floor plan concepts. The development process will be managed by Viterra Development, the project development subsidiary of ORCO Germany.
