Ożarow Business Centre
Ożarow Business Centre (CBO) consists of four buildings offering in total 36 590 m2 of modern class "A" warehouse and office space.
The warehouse and logistics park is located 15 km to the west of central Warsaw, in Ożarow. Situated within a well recognized warehousing area, CBO offers convenient access to the existing Poznań expressway and the planned A2 highway, as well as Warsaw’s Okęcie International Airport.
Ożarow is a small suburb town to the west of Warsaw with growth potential. The population is 12 500 and the location is home to a number of national companies, most significant is a leading electrical cable manufacturer.
The location is one of a limited number of warehouse/logistics parks close to Warsaw. The opportunity to develop other parks is becoming more restricted, as a result of increasing land prices.
