Spektrum Shopping Centre

The out of the town shopping centre offers 9 500 m² of retail area and was built in 1998. During November 2006 it was remodelled to meet the wishes of the tenants and their modern shopping habits.

Tenant-mix there consists of local well-known brand shops and fashionable boutiques.

The shopping centre is located on the outskirts of South-East Prague, close to affluent community of Průhonice and the D1 highway Prague - Brno (Vienna). The shopping centre is profiting from its location in the traditionally successful and favourite commercial area, as well as from its structure of tenants.

The shopping centre also offers 160 parking spaces.

The main objective of the shopping centre is to create suitable shopping and relaxing conditions for exigent customers and offer them new shopping opportunities according to their life style.

The future vision is to widen current stable clients, who know well why to come back to Spektrum Shopping Centre.
