Dr. Christoph Manthe

Head of The Endurance Real Estate Fund

Based in Paris, with 21 years of experience in global real estate finance and investment, Mr. Manthe joined ORCO in October 2004 and is now responsible for the Fund's strategy and business development. From 1995 until 2003 he was a Director for HVB´s cross-border activities being responsible for relationships with its major real estate clients in Europe, particularly in Eastern Europe. During this time he built up extensive experience with Eastern European real estate markets and started long term relationships with the major developers and investors.

Jeff Alson

Investments Acquisition Director CEE

Mr. Alson is responsible for acquisition of investment property across core Central European markets for the Orco Property Group including the Endurance Fund. His team is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and ultimately closing transactions for primarily income producing assets in the main asset classes of office, retail and industrial. He was responsible for Valuation and Investment Advisory at CBRE Poland 2003-2005, and joined ORCO as a Business Manager in 2005-2006 covering CEE region. Mr. Alson went on to obtain membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Dagmar Sušková

Asset Manager

Ms. Sušková joined ORCO Property Group in January 2006 as a Finance manager of The Endurance Real Estate Fund. Previous experience includes financial controlling and management in the water division of the SUEZ group, ONDEO Services.

	Emília Huntejová Finance Manager of the Endurance Fund Based in Prague, Ms. Huntejová joined ORCO Property Group in September 2007 as a Finance Manager of the Endurance Real Estate Fund. Previous 15 years experience includes different finance controlling and management positions in international companies DHL, Andersen Consulting, Levi Strauss and Mölnlycke Health Care.
	Aleš Vobruba Senior Vice President of ORCO Property Group Member of Investment Committee Mr.Vobruba is responsible for new acquisitions, asset management, office, residential and logistics projects in Central European Countries as well as the law and tax agenda of projects within the ORCO Group.
	Stuart Jordan Regional Investment Manager Mr.Jordan joined ORCO in June 2007. Before joining ORCO he graduated with a degree in Real Estate Management and he went on to obtain membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. From 2005 to 2007 he was a Head of Valuation CZ & SK in Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Jordan is now responsible for deal sourcing, investment and cash flow analysis, deal structuring, due diligence procedure and contract negotiations.
	Michal Sikora Financial analyst/controller Mr. Sikora joined ORCO Property Group in December 2006 as a Financial analyst/controller for the Endurance Fund. He is responsible for regular and ad-hoc analyses for internal and external purposes, as well as the regular financial and activity reporting coordination. As a member of the controlling team he is also involved in financial models preparation. Mr. Sikora has graduated at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
